Yes. Everything Kedge needs is already on your phone, and it makes no network connections of its own, so it works the same in airplane mode or with no bars at all.
On your phone, and only on your phone. There is no account and no sign in, so there is nowhere else for it to be.
Open Settings in Kedge and tap Restore purchase, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with. It also comes through Family Sharing, so a purchase made by someone in your family group restores the same way.
Settings → Your data clears every session Kedge has saved and the stats built from them. The rest of your setup stays.
Delete the app. Everything it saved goes with it, and nothing is left behind anywhere else, because there is nowhere else.
